About Zack

Interested in aviation from a young age, Zack's first job was as a lineman at the North Little Rock airport. Every two weeks, he would trade in his paycheck for whatever flight time it could buy him. Now, he is both fixed-wing and helicopter-rated. His interest in helicopters peaked when he got to watch them used in fire operations while living in Idaho. He completed his helicopter training at Silverhawk Aviation Academy in Idaho and started flying for Hetrick Air in December of 2024. When not flying, he has the bug for international travel. If not flying or traveling, you’ll find him backpacking, skiing, or biking.
