Helicopter Flight Instructor
Job Overview
We are seeking experienced R22/R44 CFI/CFII to join our team. We are an authorized Robinson Helicopter dealership and service center for the Kansas City area, located at the Lawrence, Kansas Regional Airport. We are adding an R44 helicopter to the fleet at our well-established Cessna Pilot Center and flight school.
Responsibilities
- Provide flight and ground instruction to students in Robinson R44 helicopters
- Communicate effectively and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student's needs to ensure understanding and progress
- Manage the helicopter flight school
- Must be self-motivated
- Help with sales and deliveries of aircraft
Ideal Candidate Experience
- Hold a valid R22/R44 CFI Certificate (CFII certificate a plus)
- Fixed wing CFI/CFII a plus
- Robinson Safety Course Certificate required
- 135 Qualified- Charter experience a plus
- SFAR R44 and R22 instructor endorsements
- Social media marketing skills
Pay
$40-$50/hr
Hours
15-20 per week
